Rail Vibration Damping Pad for Prefabricated Slab Track

Application: Unlike cast-in-place track beds, where concrete is poured and cured on sit, the concrete track slab is prefabricated at factory, then transported to the job site for assembly. Our Prefabricated Slab Track Vibration Isolation Pad is bonded or laid underneath the slab to provide cushioning and vibration damping.

    Our Prefabricated Slab Track Vibration Isolation Pad goes through a full round of testing before it ever leaves our facility in a 1,200-square-meter CNAS-accredited lab on site. Sample pads are tested there for physical properties, chemical performance, and fatigue resistance. Only after it passes all tests do we package and ship it.

    Production Capacity & Delivery

    Over in our Mould Engineering Department, we run a fully digital workshop. There are 20+ CNC machines in there – machining centres, spark eroders, wire cutters, the works. So we can design and manufacture pretty much any mould the rail transit industry needs. Injection moulding, rubber, SMC, even specialized ones like auto core-pulling bush moulds.

    Annual output stands at 300 sets of moulds and tooling.
