Tuned Compound Spring Isolator

Common applications:
Under punch presses and compressors
Floating floor systems in buildings near rail lines
Sensitive measurement or medical equipment
Compared to a standard spring isolator, a tuned compound type gives better isolation at low frequencies without needing oversized springs.
Key benefits:
The steel spring provides low natural frequency (typically 2–3 Hz)
The tuned mass absorbs energy at a target frequency
Built-in damping prevents excessive motion during startup or shutdown
Materials:
Q345B (structural steel)
PA6GF (nylon 6 with glass fiber reinforcement)
NR (natural rubber)
High-damping elastomer
Process: Rubber injection molding

    Application

A tuned compound spring isolator is a vibration control device that combines a standard steel spring with a small internal tuned mass system.
The steel spring handles the main load and isolates most vibration. The tuned mass — usually a small weight on its own spring — is set to vibrate at a specific frequency. When the equipment runs at that frequency, the tuned mass moves out of phase and cancels out most of the vibration.
This design works well for low-frequency vibration, which regular spring isolators struggle with.

    Production Capacity & Quality Assurance

Our tuned compound spring isolators are manufactured on a fully automated production line. The facility is capable of producing around 100,000 sets per year.
We have tight control over incoming raw materials. Every batch is tested in our lab before it enters the factory. We only release a batch for production once we've confirmed that its properties meet our requirements.
Product sampling inspections are carried out at three stages: before production begins, during the manufacturing process, and after completion.

All tests are performed in our own laboratory. The lab holds CNAS accreditation, so our test results are accepted under international standards.

Lead time: 7 to 30 days, excluding design and mold development.
