    Key Technical Parameters

    Damping and Durability

The Tram Track Fastening system employs elastic pads placed directly beneath the rail on the sleeper bearing surface. This arrangement delivers superior vibration attenuation while circumventing two inherent shortcomings of conventional designs: corrosion proneness of steel tie plates and premature ageing of polymer based substrates. The result is a more resilient and maintenance friendly interface.

    Baseplate Free Architecture

Omitting the baseplate reduces overall fastener height and lowers the effective load application point under lateral forces. Consequently, the bending moment imposed on the screw spikes diminishes significantly, enhancing structural safety. This design also reduces manufacturing and material costs without compromising performance.

Elastic Bar with Two Point Contact

The elastic bar incorporates a two point contact geometry. Under wheel rail loading, all dynamic vibrations are absorbed by the two lateral arms, while the central ring remains fully constrained with no vertical displacement. This prevents upward impact forces from being transmitted to the bolts during operation, thereby eliminating the need for periodic bolt re torquing—a critical advantage for embedded track systems in tramways, where post installation access is restricted and maintenance overhead must be minimised.

Non Metallic Gauge Blocks for Rail Positioning

Rail gauge and alignment are maintained by non metallic gauge blocks. These components combine high mechanical strength with excellent electrical insulation, and crucially, offer corrosion resistance that metal gauge blocks lack in buried concrete track beds. This contributes materially to long term system stability.

    Pre Installation on Prefabricated Sleepers

All components are designed for factory pre assembly onto prefabricated sleepers. This approach drastically reduces on site construction time and prevents foreign debris from entering pre embedded sleeves during pouring operations, ensuring reliable anchorage.

    Lightweight Insulating Materials

With the exception of elastic bars and bolts, all other parts are manufactured from insulating polymers. This not only guarantees adequate electrical resistance for stray current protection but also significantly reduces component weight, facilitating manual handling and expediting field installation.

    Standardised Metallic Fasteners and Coating

The limited metallic parts—screw spikes and elastic bars—are sourced to national railway standards, ensuring mature technology and broad interchangeability. A Dacromet or zinc nickel co permeation coating is applied to all metal surfaces, conferring outstanding resistance to humid heat cycling, acidic and alkaline media, and long term atmospheric corrosion.

    Custom Mould Design & Manufacturing

    – In-House, Start to Finish
Our Mould Engineering Department operates a full digital workshop equipped with more than 20 CNC machines, including machining centres, spark eroders, and wire cutters. This allows us to design and manufacture a wide range of moulds for the rail transit industry – injection moulding, rubber, SMC, and specialised types such as auto-core-pulling bush moulds.

Annual output stands at 300 sets of moulds and tooling.

If your project calls for a non-standard shape for Elastic Ballast Mat, a special material, or a unique production feature, we have the equipment and the experience to deliver.
