Installation Benefits: High flexibility allows tight bonding with concrete slabs, preventing hollow spots or deformation.
Load Performance: Even stress distribution under static and dynamic loads without thickness loss. Load capacity up to 5 t/m².
Acoustic & Fire Performance: ≥20 dB improvement in impact sound pressure level (A‑weighted); flame retardancy ≥ B1.
Thickness Range: 2–30 mm.
Compliance: Meets GB50118-2010, HG/T5328-2018, and client specifications.

The Polyurethane Vibration & Sound Isolation Pad is engineered for impact noise and vibration reduction in floor systems across residential and commercial applications, including apartments, hotels, offices, schools, and medical facilities. Suitable for both new builds and renovation projects, this Polyurethane Vibration & Sound Isolation Pad effectively attenuates footfall and structural impact vibrations, contributing directly to improved acoustic comfort, property value, and occupant well-being.
This Polyurethane Vibration & Sound Isolation Pad is produced from microcellular polyurethane elastomer using a continuous casting process. The method ensures consistent cell structure and uniform material properties across the entire surface of the Polyurethane Vibration & Sound Isolation Pad.
Chemically resistant to acids, alkalis, and oils
Resistant to mold, insect damage, and aging
Service temperature range: –20°C to +90°C
Stable performance over an extended service life
Maintenance-free once the Polyurethane Vibration & Sound Isolation Pad is installed
The inherent flexibility of the Polyurethane Vibration & Sound Isolation Pad allows it to conform tightly to concrete slabs without leaving voids or gaps. This close fit eliminates issues such as hollow spots, localised deformation, or uneven load transfer. Load distribution across the Polyurethane Vibration & Sound Isolation Pad remains uniform under both static (dead) and dynamic (live) loads. The Polyurethane Vibration & Sound Isolation Pad does not experience permanent thickness loss or creep over time, which ensures long-term acoustic and structural reliability.

    Production Capacity & Quality Assurance

Produced with German polyurethane foaming technology and dedicated production lines, the Polyurethane Vibration & Sound Isolation Pad reaches an annual output of 900,000 square meters
We have tight control over incoming raw materials. Every batch is tested in our lab before it enters the factory. We only release a batch for production once we've confirmed that its properties meet our requirements.

Product sampling inspections are carried out at three stages: before production begins, during the manufacturing process, and after completion.

All tests are performed in our own laboratory. The lab holds CNAS accreditation, so our test results are accepted under international standards.

Lead time: 7 to 30 days, excluding design and mold development.
