Smart Cleaning Robots Deployed at Shaanxi Changmei Technology's Green Intelligent Factory

Baoji, China – Shaanxi Changmei Technology Co., Ltd., a national "Little Giant" enterprise specializing in rail transit vibration reduction, has officially commenced operations of its new intelligent cleaning robot system at its green intelligent factory. This milestone marks a further integration of artificial intelligence and digitalization into the company's high-end manufacturing processes.

The company's intelligent industrial base features a 48,500-square-meter photovoltaic roof system that generates 2.6 million kWh of electricity annually. This clean energy output translates into significant environmental benefits, saving 780 tonnes of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by over 2,000 tonnes per year. Within these green workshops, Changmei produces a diverse range of high-performance rail transit products, including polyurethane vibration isolation pads, under-rail baseplates, vibration-damping fasteners, and rail damping systems – all critical components for enhancing track stability and noise reduction in urban rail and high-speed railway applications.

The addition of autonomous cleaning robots further enhances the facility's green and smart credentials, ensuring efficient maintenance while supporting the company's commitment to sustainable production. By leveraging digital management systems and automated processes, Changmei continues to strengthen its leadership in the sector. The plant has been recognized as a provincial-level green factory and a smart manufacturing demonstration workshop in Shaanxi.
