    Application

    Track Bed Vibration Isolation Pad is a high-resilience, environment-resistant elastic material installed between the track bed and the foundation. When fully bonded across the entire surface, it acts like a spring that handles both vertical and horizontal loads. As trains pass by, it provides the whole track structure with just the right amount of flexibility and damping – cutting down vibration and noise right at the source.
    You can install it in two ways according to your line requirements: lay it down on-site before pouring the concrete track bed, or bond it to a prefabricated slab track off-site, then bring the whole unit to the job site.

    Production Capacity & Delivery
