Application
Widely used across China’s rail network, the Elastic Ballast Mat delivers proven results. Installed under the ballast bed, it boosts track elasticity, cuts down ballast breakage, and improves load distribution—especially on curves and turnouts. Designed with a puncture-resistant top layer and an elastic damping layer, Ballast Mat performs reliably with or without retaining walls.
Quality Assurance
We have designed, manufactured, and exported ballast mats for over 20 years. Our products are installed on more than 40 metro lines across major Chinese cities like Beijing, Shenzhen, Wuxi. Customer satisfaction stands at 98%.

Before leaving our factory, the ballast mats will be tested strictly according to standard requirements . For customers who require more, we carry out type tests at our in-house testing centre.
Tests include:
• Fatigue testing
• Static and dynamic stiffness measurement
• Tensile testing
This process verifies Elastic Ballast Mat reliability under real working conditions.
Production Capacity
We handle Ballast Mat production in-house at our dedicated continuous foaming workshop. The facility runs on an automated German production line, giving us consistent quality and high output. Current annual capacity stands at 900,000 square metres of Railway ballast vibration reduction mat.
Custom Mould Design & Manufacturing
– In-House, Start to Finish
Our Mould Engineering Department operates a full digital workshop equipped with more than 20 CNC machines, including machining centres, spark eroders, and wire cutters. This allows us to design and manufacture a wide range of moulds for the rail transit industry – injection moulding, rubber, SMC, and specialised types such as auto-core-pulling bush moulds.
Annual output stands at 300 sets of moulds and tooling.
If your project calls for a non-standard shape for Elastic Ballast Mat, a special material, or a unique production feature, we have the equipment and the experience to deliver.
We keep packaging practical and flexible. Customer choose what works best for their order.
Outer packaging is included as standard.
For pallets, we offer two options:
• Plywood pallets – for standard shipments
• Solid wood fumigated pallets – certified for export where required
• All packaging follows standard export practices.
