    Product structure & Technical specifications

    Based on vibration isolation technology and phononic crystal bandgap theory, this Broadband Frequency Rail Vibration Absorber uses optimized damping materials, a slotted expansion layer, and periodically arranged local resonators. The design enhances constrained-layer damping while broadening the effective frequency range, delivering efficient suppression of broadband rail vibration and noise radiation.

    Broadband Frequency Rail Vibration Absorber is also highly effective in mitigating rail corrugation, curve squeal, and braking noise.

    Application

    The roadband Frequency Rail Vibration Absorber is designed for vibration and noise control on 50 kg/m and 60 kg/m rails used in conventional railway lines and urban rail transit systems.

    Production capability

    We operate a fully automated rail damper production line with an annual output of approximately 100,000 sets of broadband rail dampers for noise reduction. Before, during, and after production, we carry out random sampling inspections on our products. All testing is conducted in our in-house laboratory, which is CNAS-accredited, meaning our test results are recognised under international standards.

    Packaging & Shipping Options

    Broadband Frequency Rail Vibration Absorbers  are packed in sturdy cartons or wooden crates depending on the order quantity. Each set is individually protected with anti-corrosion and moisture-proof materials to ensure the damping layers and structural components remain intact during transport. Clear labeling is applied to each carton, including product model, quantity, batch number, and manufacturing date.
    Outer packaging is included as standard. For pallets, we offer two options:
    • Plywood pallets – for standard shipments
    • Solid wood fumigated pallets – certified for export where required
    • All packaging follows standard export practices.
