CM-C Type Tram Rail Fastening
description1
Adjustment Reliability
When substantial rail elevation is required, the tram track fastening system utilises dedicated levelling shims as auxiliary aids. This measure ensures that the pre set clamping force and deflection angle of the elastic bar remain undisturbed throughout the adjustment process. Consequently, the fastening assembly retains its intended mechanical behaviour, and the overall system operates with enhanced stability and safety over prolonged service periods.
Ventilation Holes for Monolithic Bonding
Strategically positioned vent holes are cast into the baseplate. During in situ track bed concreting, these openings enable fresh concrete to flow freely beneath the baseplate, eliminating voids and ensuring full interfacial contact. Upon curing, the baseplate becomes monolithically integrated with the surrounding concrete mass, significantly restricting relative displacement of the fastening system under repetitive traininduced forces.
Standardised Metallic Fasteners
The fastening system incorporates only three categories of metallic components: screw spikes, flat washers, and elastic bars. All are procured in strict compliance with Chinese railway industry standards (Tie biao products), whose specifications are mature and extensively validated in both heavy haul and passenger dedicated lines. Their standardised dimensions ensure ready availability, straightforward replacement, and high interchangeability with existing infrastructure.
